The Garden State Discovery Museum in Cherry Hill offers
fifteen larger-than-life, kid powered, interactive exhibit areas. The literacy program"Read to Me," developed by the
Discovery Museum's Center for Learning as an on-site statewide program, was designed to show parents how to read to their children, even if they face literacy challenges of their own. "Read to Me" combines techniques for reading to very young children with engaging and stimulating activities that encourage parent involvement. The program helps to make reading fun and enriching and will help to develop a new generation of book lovers.
